Welcome and thank you for taking the time to visit my Maternity, Sub-Fertility and General Reflexology Website. It has been estimated that 70% of illness is caused by stress. Reflexology is very effective at helping the body to de-stress and heal itself and can also be used as a preventative measure.

About me

I am a reflexologist offering treatments for those in the Mansfield and Nottinghamshire area. I qualified as a professional Reflexologist and Aromatherapist in 2005 and then completed a post-graduate course in Maternity Reflexology, which has enabled me to work with women during their pregnancy and also with couples who are trying to conceive. I am passionate about reflexology and the many benefits that it offers to women during the stages of their reproductive life, from puberty to menopause. By using a holistic approach that aims to identify and treat the cause not the symptoms of certain conditions I can build a picture that helps me to form an individual treatment plan with the client that may involve lifestyle changes, if long term benefit is to be acheived.

Location

My Maternity Reflexology practice is based at my home in Ravenshead, Nottingham, which is easily accessible from Mansfield, Newark, Hucknall, Ollerton, Selston and the M1 junctions 27/28. Here I can offer you treatments in a peaceful tranquil setting or my mobile reflexology service can offer you a treatment in the comfort of your own home. There is an extra charge payable of £5.00 for home visits.

I hold Diplomas in:

Anatomy & Physiology, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage & Swedish Body Massage with ITEC (The International Therapy Examination Council)

The Maternity Reflexology Certificate of Competence

A current First Aid Certificate
